Alex Pfannenstiel joined the Carroll coaching staff in 2016, and currently serves as the Offensive Coordinator as well as recruiting Coordinator.
Prior to his time at Carroll, he was the offensive line coach at Lindenwood University (Mo.) from 2013-15. He coached four all-conference players during his tenure.
Prior to entering the college ranks he was a defensive line coach at Capital High School from 2010-12.
He is a 2010 graduate of Carroll with a degree in history in political science for secondary education. He was a member of the 2005 and 2007 national championship teams. He was a team captain in 2009 and was twice selected to the Frontier All-Conference First-Team. He was a Victory Sports Network Second-Team All-American during 2009.
He is originally from Portland, Oregon and a 2005 graduate at Central Catholic High School and has two brothers, Austin and Aidan.
