Quote from Coach Van Diest: “Benton is an all-state kicker out of Billings Central. He will come in and compete for the starting PAT and Field Goal position. He has accuracy, but needs to improve his leg strength a little bit. We are interested to see how he does this fall.”

High School: Benton was an All-Conference selection at kicker in 2013 and 2014 at Billings Central High School... was also selected as All-Conference punter in 2014... was a Four-year letterwinner... graduated with a 3.0 GPA.
