Quote from Coach Van Diest: “Jake has moved from strongside outside linebacker to the weakside. We look for Jake to be a difference maker.  Has added some weight and we hope he can be a pass-rusher we are looking for.”

2014: Appeared in all 12 games on special teams and at linebacker... he had 22 tackles including 1.5 tackles for loss and one sack... had four passes defended and recovered one fumble.

2013: Appeared one game at outside linebacker and special teams recording 9 tackles.. suffered season-ending knee injury.

2012: Appeared in six games as a defensive back and on special teams...  had 19 total tackles... moved to outside linebacker in the spring.

2011: Redshirted and contributed on scout team.

High School: Jake was the team captain and was a two-year letterman at Glacier High School... received First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-State defensive back honors in 2010... selected to play in the Shrine Game... lettered one year in basketball and received two letters in track and field... Honor Roll student with a 3.3 GPA.
