HIGH SCHOOL
The Serrano High School standout brings a strong resume from both sports to Carroll. On the football field, he was the 2016 Mojave River League Defensive MVP. In the discus ring, he was named the Daily Press Track and Field Athlete of the Year. His senior year, he racked up first team all-league, first team all-area and first team all-county honors while recording 35 solo tackles, 28 assists and four sacks. He played in his all-league all-star game and earned defensive MVP honors.
