Biography

Quote from Coach Van Diest: "Eric may have the best hands on the football team. Eric had an outstanding sophomore season and we hope that he will keep improving to be one of the top tight ends and continue to work on his blocking."

2015: Eric played in ten games where he had 29 receptions in 388 yards and a touchdown...three tackles, 2 solo and 1 assist.

2014: Dawson appeared in 11 games as a linebacker… tallied 21 tackles and 1 tackle for loss… recorded an interception against Montana State Northern... recorded a season-high three tackles at home against Montana Tech.

High School: Eric was an All-Conference and All-State tight end and linebacker for CMR High School... selected to play in the East/West Shrine Game... placed at state in the shot put and javelin in 2014... graduated with a 3.55 GPA.

Personal: Parents are Leslie Dawson of Great Falls, Mont.  and Cory Dawson of Lind, Washington, Eric is majoring in Math and Secondary Education.
