Harrison Earns Fourth Frontier Defensive Player of the Week Honor

02/09/26 | 2:33 PM

HELENA, Mont. – The Frontier Conference has announced the 15th edition of its weekly 2025-26 Erck Hotels/Frontier Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week awards. For the fourth time this season, Kellen Harrison has been recognized for his outstanding defensive effort.

Defensive Player of the Week: Kellen Harrison, Carroll

Harrison, a sophomore guard from Bozeman, Mont., was selected as Defensive Player of the Week.

The standout sophomore totaled nine steals on the weekend as Carroll split a pair of Frontier Conference contests on the road. He came away with three steals and grabbed four defensive rebounds in a 82-75 setback at Bellevue before following the performance up with six steals in the Saints' 83-76 win at Dakota State. In total, Harrison averaged 4.5 steals per game for the week.

This is Harrison's fourth career Erck Hotels / Frontier Conference Player of the Week award, and marks the second straight week that a Fighting Saint has earned the honor. Carroll now owns eight total Frontier Player of the week honors on the year (Defensive POTW - Harrison x4, Dela Cruz x2 | Offensive POTW - Crane x2).
