HELENA, Mont. - The Carroll College Volleyball team is set to wrap up their 2026 regular season this weekend, hosting both Bismarck State and Dickinson State on Thursday and Friday at the PE Center.
The Fighting Saints (17-10, 12-8) have clinched their spot in next week's Frontier Conference Championship, but will look for one final push up the league standings with two big opportunities for wins against a pair of teams below them in the tally.
Carroll enters the weekend in sixth-place, one game back of both Montana Western and Providence, while sitting two games clear of Thursday's opponent Bismarck State. The Saints and Argos split the season series, while Western owns a head-to-head tiebreaker over Carroll by virtue of their two wins earlier this fall. One of those two teams will lose regardless on Friday, as they square-off in Great Falls.
Depending on this weekend's results, the Saints have a chance to climb as high as the four-seed in next week's championship.
The Saints dropped their first matchup of the season against the Mystics (12-13, 10-10) back in September, the final match of a four-game stretch in five days, while picking up a four-set win over the Blue Hawks (8-19, 7-13)Â the night before.
Friday night's matchup with Dickinson State will be a chance to recognize four Carroll seniors, making their final regular season start on the PE Center hardwood.
Lauren Heuiser (Helena, Mont.), Jansyn Carrizlaes (Sunnyside, Wash.),
Norah Allen (Great Falls, Mont.),
McKaila Balcom (Pasco, Wash.) will all be recognized for four years of outstanding service to the Carroll Volleyball team, campus, and Helena community at large.
Both matches are set for first serve at 6 p.m.
