CORVALLIS, Ore. – After earning the regular season Cascade Collegiate Conference title last year, the Carroll College Men's Soccer Team was picked to remain on top as the conference office released the 2025 CCC Soccer Preseason Polls on Thursday, while the Carroll Women land at No. 4 in the preseason coaches' poll
 
Following a historic 2024 campaign that saw the Fighting Saints raise their first Men's Soccer championship banner, Carroll was selected to repeat by the league's coaches.

Carroll tallied nine first place votes with 158 total points to land first in the preseason ranking. Last season was one to remember for the Saints, who advanced to the second round of the NAIA Tournament before falling to Oklahoma Wesleyan University. They ended the landmark 2024 campaign with program bests in overall record (15-4-3) and conference marks (11-1-1) while sweeping the postseason CCC honors. Several top returners and fresh newcomers are preparing to have another dominant season.

On the Women's side of the action, the Saints were picked fourth in the preseason coaches' poll, mirroring their final position in the 2024 standings, with a total of 132 points.

The Fighting Saints finished last season with a 10-5-4 overall mark, going 7-3-2 in CCC play and they'll look to replicate the success of the Men from last season, who were also selected fourth in the preseason poll ahead of their championship run.

Following the lead of a trio of First Team All-CCC performers (Maria Ackerman, Avery Lambourne, Delaney Moczan), the Saints will aim to grab their first CCC title since the 2018 season this Fall.

The 2025 Cascade Collegiate Conference Soccer season kicks off in just over a month on September 18th, with the conference tournament set to begin on November 8th, hosted in Medford, Ore.
