LEXINGTON, Ky. - The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) has announced its 2025 AVCA Team Academic Award winners and Honor Roll. The Carroll Volleyball team once again headlines both lists, continuing a long tradition of academic excellence.

For the 18th-consecutive season, the Fighting Saints have earned the AVCA Team Academic Award.

The AVCA Team Academic Award is presented annually to team's at every level of Collegiate Athletics that maintain a team-wide year-long GPA of 3.3 or better on a 4.0 scale. Carroll posted a 3.62 Team GPA in the 2024-25 academic year.

Carroll's 2025 Team Academic Award brought their running total to 18 years with the honor, which is currently the second-longest streak in the entire NAIA, trailing only Concordia (NE) at 25 years.

In addition to the Team Academic Award, Carroll was also named to the AVCA Team Academic Honor Roll - a distinction reserved for teams with total GPA's in the top 20 percent of their respective divisions.

The Saints are the only Frontier Conference team to earn the 2025 AVCA Team Academic Honor Roll distinction.
