CORVALLIS, Ore. – A record number of 569 Cascade Collegiate Conference student-athletes earned U.S. Bank Academic All-Conference honors for their performances in the classroom, the conference office announced Wednesday. The Carroll College Softball team had 12 members honored for their academic achievements.
The Fighting Saints were well represented on the spring Academic All-Conference list, with 80 percent of their eligible players recognized for their dedication to academics above and beyond the field of play.

Student-athletes from the spring sports of baseball, softball, beach volleyball, men's and women's golf, and men's and women's outdoor track and field earned the distinction. To earn recognition as an All-CCC Academic honoree, a student-athlete must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and sophomore standing and have been identified with the institution for 2 full semesters or 3 full quarters.
