CORVALLIS, Ore. – The 2025 Cascade Collegiate Conference Men's and Women's Soccer postseason awards were announced Friday by the conference office. Carroll student-athletes were prominent on the All-Conference teams, with 11 players between the two teams receiving postseason accolades.
As the CCC Championships are set to begin tomorrow afternoon in Medford, Ore., the league office released its 2025 All-Conference selections, with plenty of purple and gold dotting the lists.
On the Women's side of the action,
Avery Lambourne (Billings, Mont. / JR) made it a perfect three-for-three in her career, earning Second Team All-Conference honors. The junior was outstanding as usual all season long, finishing with three points from the backline, where she anchored the Carroll defense.
Three more Saints were named Honorable Mention All-CCC selections for the Women.
Goalkeeper
Maria Ackerman (Billings, Mont. / JR), who finished her season with 44 saves in 14 starts, with a .96 goals against average and five shutouts on the year. Forward
Rachel McAllister (Brier, Wash. / SO) and Defender
Hayley Smith (Woods Cross, Utah / JR) both earned Honorable Mention nods after tying for the team lead in points (10). Smith led the team in scoring with five goals, while McAllister's ten points came off four goals and a pair of assists.
For the second year in a row, the Carroll Men saw a bevy of talent recognized for their on-field achievements this season.
A pair of defenders,
Justus Herrmann (Weil am Rhein, Germany / SO) and
Alan Gutierrez (Reno, Nev. / SR) garnered First Team All-Conference honors, helping anchor a Carroll defense that was stifling all season long - allowing just nine total goals against.
Four Men earned Second Team All-CCC Honors.
Juan Muniz Navarrete (Hermiston, Ore. / GR) grabbed his third straight postseason honor after another outstanding season in net, finishing the year with nine shutouts and an 80.4 percent save percentage. A pair of forwards,
Felix Billard (Mallorca, Spain / JR) and
Alfie Snow (Middlesbrough, England / SR), who combined for 15 goals and 34 total points, earned their second-straight postseason recognition, and captain
Sam Loughton (East Yorkshire, England / JR) rounded out the Second Team selections after a 12-point season in the middle of the Carroll attack.
Senior defender Jacob Satterthwaite (Las Vegas, Nev. / SR) earned an Honorable Mention honor for the first time in his four-year career.
Both the Carroll Men and Women will begin their quest for a CCC Championship crown tomorrow afternoon, with the Women starting the tournament against No. 7 College of Idaho at 2 p.m., and the men facing seventh-seeded Oregon Tech in quarterfinal action at 5 p.m.
