CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) has announced the winners of its weekly individual honors. Carroll goalkeeper Juan Muniz Navarrete has been recognized as the McDonald's Player of the Week, presented by Urban Edge Network, for his performances during competition from October 20 – October 27, 2025.

For the second time this season, Juan Muniz Navarrete (Hermiston, Ore. / GR) has garnered Defensive Player of the Week honors for his steady presence in net for the Fighting Saints.

The Carroll keeper anchored the Saints to two more shutouts, adding to his program-record, against Warner Pacific University and Walla Walla University this past weekend - totaling five saves while playing full time in goal for both clean sheets.

Muniz Navarrete and the Saints are hot in pursuit of their second straight CCC championship, and will look for a pair of wins on their final road trip of the season this weekend in Oregon, taking on Bushnell and Corban to wrap up the 2025 regular season.
