HELENA, Mont. - The Carroll College Volleyball team will look to get their first Frontier Conference win of the season, hosting Providence at 7 p.m. in the Carroll College PE Center.

The Fighting Saints (5-13, 2-0) will look to build off an encouraging performance in Dillon on Wednesday, and trip up the Argonauts (9-8, 1-1) tonight in Helena.

Carroll has had a frustrating season, dealing with numerous injuries and trying to mesh as a unit with a slew of underclassmen thrust into more expansive roles.

The Saints will get their first opportunity to host a Frontier Conference contest this season tonight, and hope the home-court advantage lifts them to a victory in Helena.

While they fell in straight sets on Wednesday, the Saints showed improvement in critical areas and feel confident heading into their matchup with the Argos. 

Providence had a down year in 2022, but the two programs are just one season removed from having squared off in the Frontier Conference Tournament championship game in 2021.
The Argos come in to the evening having beaten MSU-Northern 3-2 in a five-set thriller on Wednesday in Havre.
