HELENA, Mont. - The Frontier Conference has announced the winners of its weekly individual awards. Jack Prka has been named the Erck Hotels Frontier Conference Offensive Player of the Week.

Jack Prka is a six-foot, one-inch tall quarterback from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Prka engineered a mammoth fourth quarter comeback on Saturday, erasing a 20 point deficit and giving No. 10 Carroll a 21-20 win on the road over (RV) Rocky Mountain College.

Prka now stands alone as the only Carroll quarterback to eclipse 400-plus passing yards in a single game. He was 28-45 for 407 yards, a new program record, for two passing touchdowns.

In addition, the junior made the true game winning play, defensively.

After a fumble by a Carroll receiver, Prka chased down the Rocky defender as the last man remaining, keeping the Bears out of the end zone and holding them to a field goal, which ultimately opened the door for the late-game comeback.

This is the third time that Prka has been recognized as the Frontier Offensive Player of the Week (October 4, 2021, November 14, 2022).

Prka and the Saints are in Helena gearing up for a homecoming showdown with new Frontier member, (RV) Arizona Christian, on Saturday at 2 p.m. at Nelson Stadium.
