WHITEFISH, Mont. — Conference commissioner Kent Paulson announced the Frontier Conference 2022-2023 All-Conference Basketball teams, all-defensive teams as well as individual award winners and Champions of Character after balloting by the league's coaches. Carroll College had eight individuals recognized for their achievements in the 2022-23 season
Carroll College's Rachelle Sayers was selected Women's Basketball Coach of the Year. Carroll senior forward Jamie Pickens shared the Player of the Year award with Western's Brynley Fitzgerald.
Pickens was also named First Team All-Conference.
Sienna Swannack, Kamden Hilborn, and Kyndall Keller were all named Second Team All-Conference.
Swannack and Hilborn were named to the All-Defensive team.
On the Men's side, Carroll's Andrew Cook and Brendan Temple were selected as First Team All-Conference performers. Jonny Hillman was named to the All-Defensive team.

WOMEN:
Montana Western junior Jordan Sweeney was selected Newcomer of the Year. Montana Western forward Emily Cooley was selected Freshman of the Year, and Rocky sophomore forward Morgan Baird and MSU-Northern sophomore forward Shyan Krass were named co-6th Players of the Year. Players are listed alphabetically by school.
