HELENA, Mont. - The Carroll College Men's Basketball team is back on the road for their final regular season matchup with Montana Western this evening in Dillon, Mont.

The Fighting Saints (11-11, 5-6) were unable to get things rolling on Thursday in Havre, but will look to get back on track this evening at Montana Western (8-16, 3-8).

With just a handful of games remaining in the 2022-23 Frontier Conference regular season, both teams find themselves further down the standings list than they would like. Carroll is currently sitting in fourth, while Montana Western is at the bottom. The Saints hope a win this afternoon can be the spark for a run over the final couple of games and into the conference tournament.

Carroll has won each of the first two meetings in the series this season, a 76-65 win at home in December, and an 85-81 win in Dillon last month. The Saints will look to complete the season sweep of the Bulldogs this afternoon.

Andrew Cook (Huntington Beach, Calif. / SO) has established himself as one of the Frontier's best. The sophomore is currently second in the conference in scoring, averaging 18.9 points per game. In the last meeting between the schools, Cook scored a career-high 31 points en route to NAIA National Player of the Week Honors.

Brendan Temple (Castle Rock, Colo. / SR) is leading the Frontier with 8.0 rebounds per game entering this afternoon.

Carroll will have to slow down Western's Jamal Stephenson, who is third in the Conference in scoring with 14 points per game.
