HELENA, Mont. - The Carroll College Volleyball team is back in Helena and ready for a Frontier Conference match against Rocky Mountain College tonight at 7 p.m. at the Carroll College PE Center.

Coming off of a close five-set loss to Montana Tech on Wednesday, the Saints are ready to rebound and get back into the win column tonight at home against Rocky.

Carroll (9-9, 1-1) has had an up-and-down season so far. The Saints have looked dominant at times, and lost at times. Finding a rhythm and staying consistent for the remainder of conference play is something that both the coaching staff, and the team are focusing on moving into October. Carroll's Julia Carr (Portland, Ore. / JR) will enter this game as the reigning Frontier Conference Defender of the week, and will look to slow down the Battlin' Bears attack.

Rocky (7-10, 1-0) has only played one conference match thus far, beating MSU-Northern 3-1 in Billings last weekend to open league play. Blythe Sealey comes into tonight's contest as the Frontier Conference Setter of the Week, talling 50 assists in Rocky's win over Northern last week.
