BILLINGS, Mont. – The 11
th-ranked Carroll Men's Basketball team is back on the road Saturday to face off with Rocky Mountain College in Billings at 4 p.m.
The Saints are coming off of their biggest win of the season on Thursday night, beating Montana Tech 80-66 to move back into a tie for first place in the Frontier Conference. Carroll now has the head-to-head tie breaker over Tech, beating them two out of three times this year.
Carroll now boasts an impressive record of 25-3 overall and 11-2 in conference play. They have two pivotal games remaining on the schedule at Rocky today and at Providence next Thursday.
The Battlin' Bears are 11-14 so far on the season with a conference record of 4-9. They are coming off of a 79-60 loss to MSU-Northern up in Havre on Thursday night.
These two teams have met twice already this season. The Bears came into Helena and upset the Saints 81-76back on January 8, but Carroll got revenge in Billings by a final score of 70-59 on January 27.
