Men's Basketball | 12/10/22 | 10:14 AM
HELENA, Mont. - The No. 23 Carroll Men's Basketball team will play their second game in as many days, taking on Corban (Ore.) tonight at the Carroll College PE Center at 7 p.m. to wrap up the 2022 Comfort Suites Classic.
Carroll (6-2, 1-1) enters the evening fresh off of a 99-82 win over CCC member Bushnell, and will look to beat fellow CCC foe Corban (6-2, 2-1) tonight in Helena.
The Fighting Saints exploded for 99 points in their win over Bushnell last night, shooting 59 percent from the field as a team.
Isaiah Moore (Fairfield, Calif. / FR) provided a career-high and team-high 21 points off of the bench, a welcome performance after a low-scoring affair in the Saints' previous game at MSU-Northern.
A pair of cooks also provided double-digit points for the Fighting Saints in last night's win, something Saints fans should be excited to see for years to come.
Andrew Cook (Huntington Beach, Calif. / SO) and Bradyen Koch (Helena, Mont. / FR) poured in 20 and 14 points respectively.
Corban enters the game on the heels of a second half burst to beat MSU-Northern 71-63. Darius Henderson was a force in the win, leading the Warriors with 17 points, nine rebounds, six assists, and a block. Andrew Stafford provided 13 points, followed by Taylor Anderson with 12.
Tonight's game will be a physical one, between two teams who expect to compete for their respective conference crowns.
The game will be streamed live on the
Fighting Saints Network: presented by Point S Tire & Auto Service, and live stats can be found
