HELENA, Mont. - The Carroll College Volleyball team is back on their home court tonight as they host No. 15 Montana Tech at 7 p.m. in the Carroll College PE Center.
The Saints (11-11, 3-3) bring some momentum into tonight's contest, coming off of a three set sweep of Montana Western last Friday in Dillon. Carroll will need to be at the top of their game this evening, hosting an Oredigger team (18-6, 6-0) that is currently unbeaten at the top of the Frontier Conference standings, and sits at No. 15 in the latest NAIA Coaches Poll.
Carroll's
Katherine McEuen (Spokane, Wash. / SR) has been playing very well for the Saints as of late. McEuen led the Saints in several statistical categories in their sweep of Montana Western including 10 kills and 19 digs. The Saints will look to get both McEuen and the Frontier Conference's second-leader in kills,
Elizabeth Heuiser (Helena, Mont. / SO), rolling tonight to help counter a Montana Tech attack that features one of the top spikers in the league.
The Saints will try to slow down Montana Tech's Maureen Jessop, who leads the Frontier Conference in kills per set (3.78) and total kills (355), and has several times been named the Frontier Conference Attacker of the Week.
Tonight's game will be streamed live on the
Fighting Saints Network, presented by Point S Tire & Auto Service, and live stats can be found
