HAVRE, Mont. – The Carroll Men's Basketball team will hit the road on Saturday evening for a 4 p.m. conference battle with MSU-Northern up in Havre.
The Saints will look to win their second straight game on Saturday. They were able to get back in the win column on Thursday night at Providence, defeating the Argos 83-75. Carroll holds a record of 17-2 on the season and a conference record of 4-1.
MSU-Northern will be looking to get back on track following a tough 75-66 home loss to Montana Tech on Thursday night. The Lights are 13-5 so far this season, with a record of 3-2 in Frontier Conference play.
Back in December, these two teams squared off at the PE Center and the Saints edged out the Lights for a 73-71 win to open the conference season.
Jovan Sljivancanin scored 22 points and
Andrew Cook scored 20 points off the bench to help propel the Carroll offense. Mascio McCadney and David Harris combined for 52 of the Lights' 71 points in that game.
Saturday's game will mark the second of three meetings this season between the Saints and the Skylights.
