BILLINGS, Mont. -- The Carroll Women's Soccer team lost 1-0 to MSU-BIllings on Sunday afternoon in their final game of the season.
The lone goal of the game was scored by Haylee Gunter of the Yellowjackets, who tucked one away in the 15th minute.
The Saints pushed to even the score from that point on, but MSU-B was able to hold them off and secure the clean sheet in a winning effort.
It was a busy day in goal for
Sydney Green, a senior from Orting, Wash., who tallied seven saves in her final game as a Saint.
Carroll will finish the season with an overall record of 4-61 in the 2020-21 Spring Season. They will now set their sites on the off-season before getting back on the pitch in the fall.
