CHANDLER, Ariz. – The Carroll Men's Basketball team will tip-off their weekend at the Cactus Classic in Chandler, Ariz., on Friday afternoon. The Saints' first of three games will be against Arizona Christian at 4 p.m. on Friday. They will play Antelope Valley on Sunday at 4 p.m., and Embry-Riddle on Monday at 2 p.m.

As things currently stand, Carroll is 12-0 on the season and 2-0 in Frontier Conference play. They moved up to number two in the latest edition of the NAIA Coaches' Poll which was released earlier this week.

Arizona Christian, who the Saints will face on Friday, is also off to a very strong start this year. They are 11-2, with the two losses coming at the hands of Hope International and Westmont. Friday's game will mark a rematch of the meeting between these two teams at last year's NAIA National Tournament. The Saints won that game 83-79.

Antelope Valley is 7-7 to start the season. On Thursday, they played against a Frontier team in Montana Western and lost that game 76-52. They will also play against Providence on Friday at 2 p.m., prior to the Carroll-ACU game.

Embry Riddle is 2-6 this season. They will open the weekend on Saturday against MSU-Northern before playing Providence on Sunday.
