Dillon, Mont. – Saints Cross Country swept the Frontier Conference Championships with wins in both the men's and women's races, earning automatic bids on each side to the NAIA National Championships.
The women prevailed over Montana Tech and Rocky Mountain College in a competitive race, and four women achieved All-Conference status.

Madison Harmer 10
th.
The men won by a larger margin with four athletes awarded All-Conference.

th.
Katelyn McKay was selected Champion of Character for the women, and
Spencer Swaim was selected Champion of Character for the men. The award is based on the NAIA's 5 Core Values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership. Head Coach
Shannon Flynn was voted Coach of the Year for both the men and women.
"It was just such a fun day," said Flynn. "They put so much work and growth and investment into getting to this point, and it's exciting to get to watch them celebrate each other and be joyful together. I saw a lot of leadership and maturity and grit out there today, so I'm looking forward to seeing them stay hungry and chase some big team goals for Nationals."
The Saints will spend the next few weeks preparing for the NAIA National Championships in Vancouver, Wash. on Friday November 19.
