HELENA, Mont. -- The Carroll College Football team will close out their regular season on Saturday afternoon with a home game against College of Idaho. Kick-off is at 12 p.m.
Last weekend, the Saints played in a thriller at home against Southern Oregon. A game-winning Tony Collins touchdown put the Saints in front for a 20-17 overtime victory.
Entering this weekend, Carroll is 5-4 on the year and will look to clinch a winning record for the third straight season with a victory over the Yotes.Â
The Yotes are 7-2 heading into the weekend and have a shot at clinching a share of the Frontier Conference title, or possibly an outright conference title, depending on the outcome of the Rocky-Western game.Â
If Rocky and College of Idaho both lose, that will create a three-way tie atop the conference with them and Montana Western.
Carroll got the best of C of I earlier this year, defeating the Yotes 28-21 in Caldwell. They have won in their last two meetings against the Yotes.
Saturday's game can be found on SWX or online on the Fighting Saints Network, sponsored by Point S Tire and Auto Service. It will also be live on the radio on Rewind 94.9 FM and KCAP.com.
