HELENA, Mont. -- Sunday afternoon the Carroll College women's soccer team took home a 3-1 victory over Evergreen State College in a pretty dominant performance.

The Saints shot a total of 32 times 13 on target to Evergreen's four (three on target). 

Carroll was able to convert three of those shots for goals. Kody Clements got the scoring started with a 14th minute score, and Melissa Dugger and Hannah Mitchell added on two deep goals to make it 2-0 and 3-0 in the 44th and 69th minute. 

As for the Geoducks, Sunny Bieber was able to tack on a goal that was unfortunately too late to build much momentum off of in the 89th minute. 

Carroll's offense has been clicking early on as they have been outscoring opponents 23-10 this season and have outshot opponents 188-81 on the year. 

Carroll now sits at 4-1-1 in Cascade Conference play, which is good for fifth overall. Evergreen State drops to 0-5. 

Carroll turns to a big road trip against the 3rd and 4th teams in the table in Oregon Tech and Southern Oregon this weekend, looking to move up further in the standings.
