LA GRANDE, Ore. -- The Carroll College Football team will square off with the Mountaineers of Eastern Oregon on Saturday afternoon in La Grande. Kick-off is scheduled for 2 p.m. mountain time.

Following a tough 39-34 loss at Rocky Mountain College last weekend, the Saints now hold a record of 3-4 and will look to get back in the win column on the road this week.

The Saints and the Mountaineers have already faced off once this season back on September 18. In a defensive slugfest, the Mountaineers got the best of the Saints by a final score of 10-7.

Since that September game, things have gone quite differently for these two teams. Eastern Oregon, who advanced to 3-0 back in September with their win over Carroll, has lost their last four games to put them at 3-4. 

In Carroll's last four games, they are 2-2, with wins coming against Northern and College of Idaho and losses coming against Southern Oregon and Rocky.

Carroll is on the hunt for their first win in the state of Oregon since 2014 when they won 55-7 in La Grande.
