BILLINGS, Mont -- The Carroll College Fighting Saints Football team returns to the gridiron on Saturday after having a bye last week. They will travel to Billings to take on the Battlin' Bears of Rocky Mountain College at Herb Kilndt Field in Billings.

The Fighting Saints are riding a bit of a hot streak as they enter this weekend on a two-game winning streak. The two victories have come at College of Idaho and at home against MSU-Northern. Carroll's record is now 3-3 on the season.

The Battlin' Bears are off to a remarkable start this season. They are 5-1 and currently sit alone atop the standings in the Frontier Conference.

As things currently sit, Carroll is one of three teams (Eastern Oregon, Southern Oregon) in the Frontier Conference with a 3-3 record. There are two teams (Montana Western, College of Idaho) who have a 4-2 record, and Rocky is the lone team at 5-1.

The Saints will look to continue their winning ways on Saturday and stay in the mix for a conference championship.
