The Fighting Saints men's basketball team is heading to Billings this weekend to take on the Rocky Mountain College Battlin' Bears as they look to follow up their biggest performance of the year last weekend, going 2-0 against Montana Tech. The Saints continue to be led by
Jovan Sljivancanin's 17.5 PPG and 8.4 RPG, along with other double digit scorers
Shamrock Campbell (14.4 PPG) and
Dennis Flowers III (10.2 PPG). This will be the first match-up of the season between the two teams, as the first two scheduled games in December were canceled due to COVID.
The Saints tip off against Rocky on Saturday at 7 p.m. and again on Sunday at 4 p.m.
While the men would usually be the tail-end of a double header, the Saints women will not be competing this weekend, as their games against the Battlin' Bears were canceled once again due to COVID contact tracing. Because of this, the women will not be taking on the Battlin' Bears during the regular conference season, as no conference games are being rescheduled at this time.
