Box Score HELENA, Mont. -- The No. 17-ranked Carroll College Fighting Saints men's basketball team fell 74-66 to Montana Tech on Tuesday in Butte.
Jovan Sljivancanin led the Saints (19-8, 10-5 Frontier Conference) with 19 points and 14 rebounds.
Gaven Ramirez added a career-high 13 points, while
Dennis Flowers III and
Shamrock Campbell each scored 12.
The Orediggers were led by a game-high 24 points from Sindou Diallo.
The Saints and Orediggers battled evenly in the first half, as the Saints closed the half with a buzzer-beating three from
Shamrock Campbell to knot the game at 34. Tech won the second, outscoring the Saints 40-32.
The Fighting Saints take on No. 5 Lewis-Clark State College on Saturday in Lewiston. The Saints and Warriors are tied in their season series 1-1.
