HELENA, Mont. --
Dane Warp had a homecoming scoring flurry and the No. 23 Fighting Saints remained undefeated in the Frontier Conference after defeating Montana State-Northern 69-58 on Tuesday night in Havre, Montana.
Warp scored a game-high 25 points on 10-for-18 field goals and added in seven rebounds and five assists.
Jovan Sljivancanin recorded a 13-13 double-double with points and rebounds.
The Saints (12-3, 3-0 Frontier Conference) and Light battled evening in the first half and well into the second before the Saints ripped off an 11-0 run late in the second half to build their advantage.
Shamrock Campbell also reached double figures for the Saints with 14 points.
Carroll shot 47 percent from the field, 41 percent from deep and 67 percent from the foul line.
Mascio McCadney led the Lights (11-4, 1-2) with 21 points.
It's the sixth consecutive win for the Saints, who are now 3-0 in the Frontier Conference and will return back to the PE Center on Saturday to face No. 7 Providence. The Saints are undefeated at home this season.
