CHANDLER, Ariz. -- The Carroll College men continue their run at the Cactus Classic on Monday, as the No. 23-ranked Fighting Saints face the Benedictine University Redhawks at Chandler Gilbert Community College. 

Each team will be looking for a bounce-back win in the desert. 

"They play a lot of zone," Saints coach Kurt Paulson said. "They are very athletic in the backcourt. They're pretty deep. They're playing lots of kids, playing lots of rotations. It will be a big test. It's a 10 a.m game and the team with the most energy will probably win the game. That's our goal is to be the team that has the most energy and carry that over into the game." 

The Saints (6-3) fell to Mount Vernon Nazarene 63-51 on Saturday to open up the event, trudging through a tough shooting night before falling for the first time in four games. Carroll shot 37 percent from the field and 33 percent from the three-point line, while knocking down 5-of-6 free throws in the contest. 

Freshman guard Dennis Flowers III led the Saints in scoring on Saturday, with a team-high 17 points. 

The Saints will try to bounce back against Benedictine (8-4), which features five scorers averaging 10 or more points per game.  The Redhawks are led in scoring by Austin Denham's 16.3 points per game. 

Benedictine enters Monday's contest on a two-game losing skid, falling to Park-Gilbert and McPherson (Kansas). 

Tipoff is scheduled for 10 a.m.
