Box Score HELENA, Mont. -- Match Burnham scored a team-high 23, four Fighting Saints scored double figures and No. 3 Carroll College defeated Montana Western 91-78.

Burnham hit 9-of-14 shots to lead the way for the Saints. Joining him in double figures were Matt Wyman (18), Dane Warp (15), and Ife Kalejaiye (11). 

In a battle of two first-year head coaches, the Saints (16-2, 5-1 Frontier Conference) led the entire game.The experienced Saints handled the youth of the Bulldogs on Saturday. 

The Saints shot 60 percent from the field, 50 percent from the three-point line and 83 percent from the foul line. 

Every Saint available on Saturday played at least nine minutes and all but one scored in the game. 

Kooper Kidgell led the Bulldogs with 25 points on 8-for-14 shooting. 

The victory over Western capped off a 2-0 road trip this week for the Saints.

Next week, the Saints return home to face Montana Tech in the PE Center.
