HELENA, Mont. -- Before the Saints ring in the New Year, they'll answer the bell in a bout against Montana Tech.
No. 3 Carroll College (13-1, 2-0 Frontier) hosts Tech (11-3, 1-1) on Saturday, as both schools jump back into conference play.
Carroll last played a Frontier games at the beginning of December, defeating Providence and Montana State-Northern. During the break in conference, the Saints also picked up a win against Lethbridge up in Canada.
The Saints' lone loss this season came against the top Canadian team up in Calgary, Alberta.

Matt Wyman and junior
Dane Warp all average about 20 points per game. Senior defensive stalwart
Ife Kalejaiye, who has missed some games working back from injury, also averages over 10 points per game.
Carroll also gets quality production from freshmen
Shamrock Campbell (with starts in 11 of 13 games this season) and
Jovan Sljivancanin (20 minutes played per game).
Carroll went 2-1 against a rapidly improving Montana Tech team a season ago.
As has been the case in the past several seasons, the Saints are again a portrait of efficiency. Carroll is ranked No. 1 in three-point percentage (45 percent), No. 1 in free throw percentage (83 percent) and No. 3 in field goal percentage (54 percent).
The Orediggers will lean on sophomore forward Taylor England, who averages 15.8 points per game.
Tech brings an offense that takes care of the ball, as the No. 1 team in the NAIA in turnover margin, (8.1). The Orediggers are also ranked No. 1 in total steals (171).
Tech opened up Frontier play with a 1-1 record, losing to No. 10 Lewis-Clark State College before defeating Montana Western.
