Three Saints score double figures to lead Carroll to 75-66 win over Warner Pacific

Box Score HELENA, Mont. -- The Carroll College Saints defeated Warner Pacific 75-66 on Friday in Butte. 

Three Saints reached double figures in scoring, with Matt Wyman leading the way with 16. Dane Warp added 15 and Match Burnham had 13. 

Eight Saints scored on Friday, while nine saw playing time. 

The No. 22-ranked Saints (4-0) shot 45 percent from the field and 96 percent from the free throw line.  

Once the Saints grabbed the lead with 11 minutes left in the first half, they never trailed again. With 13:39 left in the game, the Saints built an 18-point lead. 

The No. 23-ranked (NAIA D-II) Knights never could make a comeback, despite cutting the final margin to single digits. 

The Saints head to Seattle next to take on Corban and Northwest on Nov. 9 and 10.
