KANSAS CITY – Carroll College men's soccer players Eric Hollenbaugh and Isaac Bostrom were named to the College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-Distirct 4 Team released by the organization.
 
The Saints were one of just two teams in the district to earn a pair of nominees, the second being Northwest Christian.
 
Bostrom notched his second year on the team, last year he earned All-America Second-Team honors. The senior has a 3.94 GPA in English Writing. He had three goals on the year and two assists. He earned Cascade Conference Honorable Mention Honors for his efforts.
 
Hollenbaugh has a 3.97 GPA in Chemistry and was named to the Cascade Conference Second Team. He tallied a goal and four assists on the season on just nine shots.
 
The two players are now candidates for the Academic All-America team which is voted on by Sports Information Directors around the country.
