HELENA, Mont. – The 23rd Ranked Carroll College men's basketball team hosts the University of Great Falls Friday and 15th-ranked MSU-Northern Saturday to kickoff the main Frontier Conference stretch of the season.

The Saints are hoping to rebound after dropping a pair of games against ranked teams in Southern California. Carroll is 11-3 and 1-1 in Frontier Conference play and the top-ranked team in NAIA DI for free throw percentage and second in field goal percentage.

Ryan Imhoff continues his stellar season and leads the Saints with 17.6 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. Zach Taylor, Match Burnham and Oliver Carr all average double figures for the Saints.

Carroll opens the weekend against UGF. The Argos are 9-4 on the year and 1-1 in conference play. Isaac Howard leads UGF with 12.9 points per game and three other UGF players average double figures.

No. 15 MSU-Northern comes to town Saturday in a match-up of ranked teams. The 13-1 Lights entered the poll this week. The Lights lead NAIA DI in five different statistical categories. Ryan Reeves leads MSU-Northern with 11.9 points and 6.0 rebounds per game. Reeves is the only MSUN player that averages double figures but six players average 8.0 PPG or more.

"It's exciting to be back at Carroll playing home games," head coach Carson Cunningham said. "Every Frontier game is a battle and Great Falls is playing its best ball of the year. They've been scoring at a high rate and do a good job of mixing up their defenses. MSU-Northern is potent, too, but right now we're focused on Great Falls."
