LEWISTON, Idaho – The Carroll College volleyball team won the first set over Lewis-Clark but the Warriors won the next three 25-19, 25-18, 25-17 to earn the home sweep and close out the season a perfect 11-0.
Crystal Schmidt tallied 11 kills with a .320 hitting percentage,
Paige Montgomery also had 11 kills,
Holly Morehouse and
Emily Sullivan each had 10 kills for the Saints.
Rayna Pilgeram and
Jonni Dorr tallied 11 digs for the Saints, Dorr paced the offense with 25 assists.
Treneisha Doyle led L-C with 16 kills and Kennadie Clute tallied 15 kills. The Warriors had a .261 hitting percentage compared to .171 for the Saints.
Carroll closes the season against No. 9 Rocky Mountain Saturday at 7 p.m. in Billings.
