Christopher Behler brings more than 25 years of coaching, player development, and leadership experience to Carroll Men's Soccer. He currently serves as the Director and Head Coach for Real Salt Lake Arizona and holds a UEFA A License, one of the highest coaching certifications in the game.
Throughout his distinguished career, Behler has coached at every level of the sport, including NCAA Division I, MLS NEXT, ECNL, UPSL, Olympic Development Programs, and elite youth academies. He spent 12 seasons as Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at San Jose State University, helping guide the Spartans to multiple conference and NCAA Tournament appearances while developing numerous All-Conference, Academic All-American, and professional players.
Behler has led teams to a National Championship, five Regional Championships, fifteen State Championships, multiple UPSL titles, and numerous elite youth tournament championships. As a former professional player, he competed with the San Francisco Bay Blackhawks, Monterey Bay Jaguars, San Jose Grizzlies, and the San Jose Earthquakes organization. His extensive experience, passion for player development, and commitment to building winning cultures make him a valuable member of the Carroll College coaching staff.
