Helena, Mont. – Carroll Track & Field wrapped up the regular season in Bozeman, Mont. at the Tom Gage Invite this Friday.
Two National Qualifying relays highlighted the day, providing excitement even though only the Saints had a squad entered. The Women's 4x800m (Ellie Baxter, Faye Holland, Isabelle Ruff, Shipman) missed by under 2 seconds.
Several other athletes competed in the meet - Abigail McBeain (Shot Put, Discus), Hunter Gum (Shot Put, Discus), and Rylee Herbstritt (400m Hurdles). Herbstritt ran a personal record in the 400m Hurdles despite running alone, and Gum placed 3rd in the Shot.
