KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has officially announced final rosters and entry lists for the 2026 Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Following a terrific 2026 regular season, 14 Fighting Saints and two alternates will compete for a national title next week.
Looking to continue a trend of All-Americans and NAIA Champions in recent years, the Carroll College Track & Field teams will be well represented at the 2026 NAIA Championships on May 20-22 in Asheville, N.C., at the Karl Straus Track for their final competition of the season.
Nine Men and seven Women will represent Carroll next week, competing in open events, relays, and multi's after meeting qualifying standards throughout the season.
Carroll has the two top qualifiers in the Men's Decathlon, as defending NAIA Champion Carson Krack (Whitefish, Mont. / SO) enters the event with a season-best score of 7256, while '25 All-American Tucker Monaco (Bakersfield, Calif. / GR) is right behind at 7069.
Monaco will also compete in the open Pole Vault, coming in with the nation's No. 3 mark of 4.90m, where he will be joined by Jackson Barney (Kalispell, Mont. / JR), who punched his ticket following a second place finish at the Frontier Conference Championship with a vault of 4.80m.
Reuben Hornby (Kalispell, Mont. / SR), a multi-time Frontier Conference champion and last year's NAIA runner-up, enters the meet with the No. 3 throw in the nation in the Javelin at 67.55m.
After winning the Frontier Conference crown, Oliver Morris (Kirland, Wash. / JR) will compete in the Men's 3000m Steeplechase, entering the week with the 8th-best time in the nation at 9:14.69.
Rounding out the Carroll Men's competitors at the event will be the 4x800m relay team of Jack Jensen (Bigfork, Mont. / SO), Wyatt Ehredt (Frenchtown, Mont. / JR), Tanner Joyce (Crane, Ore. / FR), and Conrad Schruth (Great Falls, Mont. / FR), who posted an A-standard time of 7:41.48 to qualify.
Katelyn Christensen (Hot Springs, Mont. / SR) will compete in the Women's Heptathlon after a second place finish at the Frontier Conference Championship with a season-high of 4621 points. Additionally, Christensen will throw the Javelin, coming into the meet with the No. 12 throw at 43.03m
Coming off an All-American performance at the NAIA Indoor Championships and a record-shattering performance at the Frontier Championship, Brynn Wandle (Huntley, Mont. / SO) will compete in the Pole Vault. Wandle has the nation's fifth-highest vault at 3.98m.
Claire Bucklin (Sunburst, Mont. / SO), yet another Frontier Champion, will compete in the Women's 400m Hurdles, qualifying with a time of 1:02.94, and will also compete as part of the Women's 4x400m relay team alongside Madalen Shipman (Dillon, Mont. / SR), Chloe Raats (Bigfork, Mont. / SR), and Rylee Herbstritt (Corvallis, Mont. / JR).
