Helena, Mont. – Carroll Track & Field competed well in a rainy Trudnowski Open on Thursday and Friday at Vigilante Stadium.
Both the men's and women's teams won the meet with scores of 220 and 256 respectively. The men had 15 individual event wins and the women 13.
Brett Glaser qualified for NAIA Outdoor Nationals in the Decathlon with a total score of 6307 and several personal records along the way. The mark moves him to 6
th in the NAIA.
The Women's 4x800m Relay of
Kate Picanco,
Elly Machado,
Reghan Worley, and
Natalie Yocum also hit the B Standard for Nationals. The four women were named All-Americans last outdoor season for their 6
th place finish at Nationals in the same event. Their time currently ranks them 7
th in the NAIA.
Even with wet competition surfaces and cool conditions there were multiple other personal records or collegiate personal records on the team throughout the meet. A few highlights included

Landen Conner (Javelin),
Shamrock Campbell (Long Jump), Abigail Peterson (Discus, Javelin),
Zach Rector (1500m),
Andria Mourich (800m),
Patty Keeley (800m),
Daniel Koralewski (5000m), and
Nicole Morgen (5000m).
"We were excited to have some new qualifiers and see our full roster compete in the same meet for the first time this season," said Head Coach
Harry Clark. "It was fun to celebrate our seniors and we're proud of how the athletes performed despite less than ideal conditions."
