Shannon Flynn. "I feel so firmly that we are better as a program this year than the past few years and that we are taking great steps forward in our confidence and culture. It was just really fun to be around them this weekend both while they were doing hard things together racing and while they were connecting and enjoying being with each other after the competition finished."
The Saints will take some well-deserved rest before gearing up to mesh in with the full track and field team for indoor track season.
