The first team in 12 seasons to put together a 20-win year. Head coach Jim Gross’s Fighting Saints went 21-12 and 11-5 in the Frontier Conference to finish second in the conference. The Saints won the
Frontier Conference Tournament Championship, but at that time there were no automatic
qualifiers from the conference.
