ISTANBUL – Former Carroll standout Sinan Güler was voted into the starting five of the Spor Toto Basketball League All-Star game, which will be played this Sunday, January 24, at Ülker Sports Arena in Istanbul.
 
Güler, a 2006 Carroll graduate and member of the 2004-05 Carroll College men's final four team, is the team captain of Galatasaray Odeabank. He averages 7.8 points and 4.2 assists in 27 minutes per game.
 
He has led Galatasaray Odeabank to a 10-5 record, good enough for third at the halfway point in the season.
 
Güler is one of the most popular athletes in Turkey, he was voted into the All-Star starting five with 26,826 votes.
